Our members serve on community boards for the Mental Health Association, Habitat for Humanity, and Boy and Girls Club. In addition to supporting denomination Missions and Outreach such as the Asian Pacific Initiative and the Office of Formation and Leadership Development, Exodus Mcc supports local and wordwide work. Habitat for HumanityThe House Exodus Is Building At the close of 2008, members of Exodus decided to raise the money to build a Habitat House here in Abilene. We are currently nearly halfway to our goal of $15,000. Join us in this effort. Contributon may be made by sending checks or money orders to Exodus MCC, Box 7547, Abilene, TX 79608.
 Blue House EffectAs advocates for the personal, spiritual and social growth of all, BHE supports the children in the Social Program of El Centro de Crecimiento y Desarrollo Integral Dominica (para niños huérfanos abandonados y rechistados) and the community of La Urena, Dominican Republic where the Center resides. BCAR
In 25 years of HIV in the U.S., 500,000 Americans have died from AIDS. Americans living with HIV/AIDS number 1.1 million and 40,000 new cases are diagnosed each year. The HIV/AIDS epidemic is not over. BCAR seeks to EDUCATE our communities about HIV/AIDS, PREVENT the spread of this non discriminate disease and treat those infected with the dignity they deserve and the SERVICE they require.
